This Barbera originates from beautifully ripened grapes, gaining smoothness and structure in small barrels

Grape variety: 100% Barbera

Exposure: south - southeast

Harvest: last ten days of September, with selection of the healthiest, ripest grapes in the vineyard, hand-picked and collected in 20 kg crates to preserve their quality.

Vinification: fermentation in temperature controlled steel tanks and maceration on skins. From the following spring, the wine spends about 12 months resting in small oak barrels. It is then bottled and left to age for at least a year in a cool, dark cellar.
