This Barbera originates from beautifully ripened grapes, gaining smoothness and structure in small barrels

Grape variety: 100% Barbera

Exposure: south - southeast

Harvest: last ten days of September, with selection of the healthiest, ripest grapes in the vineyard, hand-picked and collected in 20 kg crates to preserve their quality.

Vinification: fermentation in temperature controlled steel tanks and maceration on skins. From the following spring, the wine spends about 12 http://yoamomisalud.com/p1/ months resting in small oak barrels. It is then bottled and left to age for at least a year in a cool, dark cellar.
