Barbera d’Asti 2017
Barbera is a grape variety which has always given us generous wines, rich in colour, body and enjoyment, and its quality is related to the terroir. Our vineyards in Nizza Monferrato guarantee quality and structure.

Harvest: second to last ten days of September, by hand, into crates with a capacity of 20 kg
Vinification: in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 24-26°C
Maceration: on skins for about eight days

Ageing: six months in the bottle
Colour: deep ruby red
Bouquet: red fruit, sour cherries, cherries, black currants
Palate: structured, dry
Pairings: local cured meats, fresh cheeses, rice and pasta dishes

Nizza DOCG
Nizza is made from a selection of the finest vineyards located within the 18 municipalities that surround Nizza Monferrato. It represents the desire of the Monferrato winemakers to promote an appreciation of their terroir, releasing the wine that best represents them from the grape variety and linking it to the vines and the winegrowers that make it.

Alta Langa
Alta Langa is the result of an ambitious project to develop the sparkling wines made in Piedmont, cultivating Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes throughout the territory. Numerous experimental vineyards were monitored and this made it possible to outline the area where the two grape varieties best express their qualities. Our Alta Langa is made from grapes grown in one of these vineyards.

Rose' Brut
Rosè is a classic method sparkling wine, made from a local grape variety which is extremely versatile and and excellent base for the production of sparkling wines. Following several years of experimentation, Rosè is presented with an elegant colour and harmonious palate.

Ageing: on racks for at least 12 months following prise de mousse
Colour: onion skin
Bouquet: a hint of crusty bread
Palate: fresh and balanced, with good acidity
Pairings: cured meats, cheeses and fish

Acino Blu
Acino Blu, made from Pinot Noir grapes, is a fresh, young and summery sparkling wine. The blue grapes on the tree are the symbol of our terroir, a thousand different elements which have the sole aim of uniting and strengthening the shared heritage.
